As a new entrant in competitive data lineage market, Alving strived to stand out and gain client attention without established reputation.

Product development and delivery process was not yet optimized, leading to slower feature rollouts, product updates, and slower time to market.

Without clear, well-defined roadmaps for short-term and long-term product development, Alvin struggled with strategic planning.

Absence of dedicated designer impacted user interface and experience, potentially affecting engagement.
